Over the years, as a NYC fashion photographer, I’ve had the privilege of working with incredible models and collaborating with some of the industry’s most respected brands. Time and again, I’ve heard the same question from new models: “Can you help me launch my modeling career?”

We know how difficult it can be for aspiring models to navigate this industry. We would never make any promises, but we can promise that we will try to promote you to the best of our ability.

That’s why we have launched Michael’s Modeling Agency of New York, a modeling agency built on a foundation of honesty, transparency, and respect. We want to keep this as a boutique size agency with only a few select models. While we want to have a diverse set of looks, we also want to be able to stay nimble and focus.

Why I Started

Too often, models are left feeling undervalued or taken advantage of. I want to change that. My goal is to create a space where models feel empowered, informed, and supported.

• Transparency: You’ll always know where you stand, how jobs are booked, and how payments are handled. No hidden fees or surprise deductions. Our clients pay the usual 20% agency fee over your rate, so nothing comes from the models ever.

• Guidance: With years of experience working with brands, designers, and creatives, I’ll provide personalized advice to help you build your portfolio, network, and career.

• Opportunities: I’ve built relationships with many brands, and I want to use these connections to help models like you find real, meaningful work.
